You can cancel your order 24 hours before delivery.
If you cancel your order during this time, there is nothing else to do, the order will be canceled and we will not charge a fee or give you a full refund.


However, flowers are perishable merchandise, so we reserve the right to reimburse costs if the order is not canceled on time. There is no order cancellation fee.


The ordered product will be delivered in Pest county to the given address, on the given day if you select the option "delivery by courier service" in the delivery menu item on the payment page.
The standard delivery fee in Budapest is HUF 2,700

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the rights and obligations of Kivirágzik Virágüzlet és Virágküldő Szolgálat Private Company (hereinafter: Service Provider), the Customer using the electronic commerce services provided through the www.budapestflower.hu website (hereinafter: the Customer). (Service Provider and the Customer together hereinafter: Parties). The GTC applies to all legal transactions and services that take place through the website www.budapestflower.hu.
The scope of these GTC extends to all electronic commerce services provided in the territory of Hungary, which take place through the electronic store located on the website www.budapestflower.hu (hereinafter: Website) (hereinafter: Budapestflower Online store). Purchases in the Budapestflower Online store are subject to the provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services. Act (“Ektv.”).
Purchases in the Budapestflower Online store are possible with an order placed electronically, in the manner specified in these GTC.

Registration can be done under the Registration menu item on the Home page by filling in the form. The form requires an optional username, a real email address and a chosen password, as well as a verification code. By registering in the Budapestflower Online store, the Customer declares that he has read and accepts the terms and conditions of these GTC and the data protection statement published on the website, and consents to the data processing contained in the Privacy Statement.

Under the user profile menu item, it is necessary to enter the name, billing address, telephone number and delivery data on the data sheet there. The user profile can also be filled in before placing orders.

It is possible to change the previously recorded data and password after logging in, by clicking on the User profile link. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage or error resulting from the change of the registered data by the customer.



We assemble the bouquets and flower decorations from our constantly changing stock of goods currently available in our store. The product images are for illustration purposes only, however, we try to create maximum similarity in their style, size and appearance.

The purchase price is always the amount shown next to the selected product, which includes VAT. The purchase price of the products does not include the cost of delivery.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices of the products that can be ordered from the Website, provided that the change takes effect at the same time as it appears on the Website. The amendment does not adversely affect the purchase price of products already ordered. When initiating a payment with an online credit card, in the event of a price drop between the sending of the electronic payment notification and the receipt of the product, we will not be able to refund you.
In the comment field, the Customer has the option to enter the text of the greeting card or add another comment to his order. If not completed by the customer, we will not send a greeting card for the bouquet or other floral decoration.

After receiving the Customer's purchase offer (order), the Service Provider is obliged to confirm the purchase to the Customer electronically (by e-mail). If this confirmation is not received by the Customer within 48 hours from the sending of the offer, the Service Provider's commitment to the offer and any obligation of the Customer shall automatically terminate without any further conditions.



The Service Provider will deliver the ordered bouquet or other goods within Pest County to the specified address, at the specified time, if you select “delivery by courier service” in the delivery menu item of the order data. The freight fee for the uniform area of ​​Budapest is HUF 2,700.
Transport charges for Pest county (Budapest's agglomeration): HUF 6000

Shipping charges include VAT.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered through no fault of our own at the time of delivery specified by the Buyer, re-delivery may take place. The cost of repeated delivery for the area of ​​Budapest is HUF 2,000 gross.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the delivery fee, provided that the change takes effect at the same time as it appears on the Website. The amendment does not affect the purchase price of products already ordered.

Delivery is between 11am and 8pm every day except Sunday. We are able to accept incoming orders from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm on that day.
We undertake express delivery for certain of our products. (see quick bouquet menu) In case of express delivery, the ordered goods will be delivered to Budapest within 3 hours.

The Customer may also pick up the ordered product in person at the Service Provider's shop during opening hours, if he chooses "personal pick-up in the shop" at the delivery menu item of the order data. There is no delivery fee for personal collection.

You can pay for the delivered goods as follows:

Under the payment menu item of the order data, the Customer can choose from the following payment options:

After successful online payment, we will send an electronic invoice to the e-mail address provided during the order.

- Cash in our store

During the opening hours of our store, you can pay the selected bouquet or the consideration for our other product in cash.


The Customer has the option to pay the calculated amount in cash to our delivery courier.

Our courier will go to you in Budapest for HUF 3,000 if you are staying elsewhere than where you want to send the goods and do not want to pay online.

We will issue an electronic invoice for the amount paid based on the provided billing information, which will be sent to the customer's e-mail address.
The prices indicated in euros are for information only and the financial settlement is in HUF.


Return Guarantee

The buyer must comply with the current Civil Code. has the right to withdraw from the contract.
The flower is a perishable commodity, so the business organization reserves the right to reimburse the costs of withdrawal. The costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the buyer. However, the Service Provider may demand compensation for damage resulting from the improper use of the goods. If the goods returned under the right of withdrawal are not in perfect condition, the Buyer shall be liable for damages if the deterioration, destruction or other impossibility of returning the goods was caused by negligence or willful misconduct. Once shipping has begun, the full shipping fee is already a cost.
If the product is found to be damaged during the opening in the presence of our courier, the Service Provider will ensure the return of the product and the cancellation of the sale. Any lack of content or damage to the product during delivery of the shipment must be covered by a protocol between the transferor and receiver. We are not responsible for any subsequent lack of content or damage.

Enforcement options

If any consumer dispute between the Service Provider and the Customer is not settled during negotiations with the Service Provider, the Customer may choose from the following enforcement options.
Entry in the customer book. The customer's book is available during opening hours in the shop of the Service Provider at the intersection of 1141 Budapest Vezér utca Füredi utca. The Service Provider will respond to the entries written here in writing within 30 days.

Complaints to consumer protection authorities. If the Buyer notices a violation of consumer rights, he is entitled to file a complaint with the consumer protection authority competent according to his place of residence. Following the assessment of the complaint, the authority shall decide on the conduct of the consumer protection proceedings.

Conciliation Board. For the purpose of the out-of-court, out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute, the Buyer may initiate proceedings before a conciliation body attached to a professional chamber competent according to his place of residence.

Judicial proceedings. the buyer is entitled to enforce his claim arising from the consumer dispute in court in the framework of civil proceedings in accordance with Section IV of 1959 of the Civil Code. Act III of 1952 on the Code of Civil Procedure. in accordance with the provisions of this Act.



The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the terms and conditions of these GTC at any time. The Service Provider informs the users about the changes by e-mail before they take effect. When changes take effect, registered users must explicitly accept them to log in to the site in order to use the site.
